Roadmap

What is finished, what we are working on now, and what comes after the mint. The trail is lit as far as we have come.

  1. DonePhase 1

    The site is live

    • The interactive home pond and a menu on every page
    • Gallery with the first sneak peeks
    • Firefly Feast: three levels, Glow and a tongue shop, running for now as a sign-up task
    • Tasks page and whitelist checker, bot-proofed from day one
  2. Happening nowPhase 2

    Whitelist season

    • Connect X (100+ followers), do four tasks, add your wallet
    • The Pond Family get a guaranteed spot, and the checker confirms it a day before the mint
    • Firefly Feast is one of the tasks: score 25 and it ticks, checked on the server. The best scores mint guaranteed
    • More sneak peeks in the gallery
    • Whitelist swaps with other Robinhood Chain communities
    • Mint date announced once the contract is audited
  3. NextPhase 3

    Mint day

    • GTD phase (15 minutes): the Pond Family, guaranteed
    • Whitelist phase (15 minutes): free for everyone who finished the tasks, first come
    • Public phase: whatever is left, free for everyone, still X-verified
    • Reveal 24 hours after the mint closes, then trading on OpenSea
    • Royalties from every trade start feeding the revenue share
  4. LaterPhase 4

    Holder rewards

    • My Pond: perch your Liza, she gathers Dew while you are away
    • Every Liza starts earning holder points each day
    • The longer one wallet holds, the faster the points build
    • Firefly Feast season 1, with rewards for the top players
    • Holder votes on the fun decisions
  5. LaterPhase 5

    Token launch

    • Snapshot rules published before the snapshot, and not changed after
    • The meme token launches on Robinhood Chain: no presale, no VCs, liquidity locked
    • Holder points turn into the airdrop, released over 90 days
    • A public dashboard for every fee earned and every cent spent
    • Monthly revenue share starts: NFT royalties and the token's trading fees go back to holders and top players
  6. ExploringPhase 6

    Beyond the mint

    • Firefly Feast opens to everyone with a leaderboard, seasons and Glow rewards
    • Plushies, stickers and short animations
    • Long streaks on the pond unlock pad lanterns and a keepsake egg (not a second mint)

We only put a date on a step once the work behind it is finished. The token is a meme with no utility promises; the one promise is that a share of what the project earns comes back to holders.
